Building long-term relationships, not just closing deals

My role at MoreApp is to ensure customers, especially our key accounts in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to get real value from our Platform. I help them optimise workflows, expand usage, and ensure digital forms truly make their day-to-day work easier.

I fell in love with this aspect of the job at an industry event in Essen. At first, I was hesitant to approach attendees but I reminded myself: We have nothing to lose. That simple push helped me grow in confidence, and that confidence now shows up in every conversation I have with customers.

How I describe MoreApp

Practical. User-focused. Built for real work in the field. That’s MoreApp to me. And the culture? Down-to-earth, open, and encouraging. Ideas are taken seriously, and I’m empowered to take ownership rather than follow a defined path.

What my workday looks like

My days are a mix of customer calls, internal alignment, and follow-ups. In the morning, I might help a key account optimise their forms and processes. Around midday, I connect with the Product team to share customer feedback. Later, I prepare rollout plans or account reviews with owners to ensure we maximise impact.

I interact daily with the German team and regularly with colleagues across MoreApp globally. That constant collaboration ensures we keep customer needs at the centre of everything, from product enhancements to marketing strategy.

What I’m proud of

I’m proud of MoreApp’s relationship-first approach. This isn’t about pushing products, it’s about understanding customer challenges and finding solutions that truly help. That mindset builds trust and long-lasting partnerships.

One of my biggest moments of pride came when a customer told me how much I had grown and how confidently I understood the product compared to earlier conversations. That kind of feedback makes the journey worth it.

Staying motivated with small wins

When things get challenging, I focus on small wins, a smooth workflow launch for a customer, positive feedback, or a good insight that gets turned into product value. Those small moments keep me energised and focused.

Teamwork across departments

My success in Sales is not a solo effort. I work closely with Marketing, Product, and Support — combining customer insights, strategic alignment, and feedback loops that improve the experience for everyone.

What resonates most

The MoreApp value that resonates most with me is continuous improvement. Becoming 1% better every day, in how we support customers, how our product evolves, and how we work together, is a mindset that truly fits who I am.
