MoreApp vs SafetyCulture (Mitti): Unlimited Users, No Per-Seat Pricing (2026)

SafetyCulture, now called Mitti, prices by the seat, so every inspector, technician or contractor you add raises the invoice. MoreApp includes unlimited users and the API on every plan and bills by submission volume instead. If your field team is growing or changes with the season, MoreApp is the plan that stays predictable.

SafetyCulture and MoreApp both replace paper checklists and forms with mobile apps that field teams fill in on site. SafetyCulture announced its rename to Mitti on 11 August 2026 and now describes itself as an all-in-one platform for frontline workers that also covers hardware and insurance. MoreApp is a no-code form builder for teams that want their own forms, workflows and integrations without custom development.

This page compares the two on the points that decide most purchases: users, API access, offline capture, security and hosting, and price. We checked Mitti's pricing page, help center and security page in October 2026. Some of those pages still carry the SafetyCulture name, so we use both names.

Feature-by-feature comparison

The table covers the ten points teams ask about most when choosing between the two. Mitti prices are in US dollars because its pricing page lists no euro option.

Feature-by-feature breakdown

Does MoreApp charge per user?

No. Every MoreApp plan includes unlimited users at no extra cost.
Mitti charges per seat: $24 a seat each month on Premium billed annually, or $29 billed monthly. Every technician you add adds a line to the invoice. On MoreApp the price follows submission volume, so a team can double in size without the plan changing.

What about seasonal and occasional workers?

Everyone gets a login on MoreApp, whether they submit once a year or every day.
Mitti's free guest seats list up to 3 inspections, and lite seats list 1 a month or 12 a year, so anyone who works more than that needs a full seat. MoreApp has no seat types to manage, which suits contractors, seasonal crews and rotating site staff.

Is the API included in every plan?

Yes. The MoreApp API is included on every plan at no extra cost.
It is built to keep running as your volume grows, so an integration you set up once does not need rework later. On Mitti, API access sits with full seats and is unavailable on lite seats. Its pricing page also lists monthly API call allowances of up to 50K and up to 500K calls across plan tiers.

Which security certifications does MoreApp hold?

MoreApp is certified for ISO 27001 (security) and ISO 27701 (privacy), with independent audits every year.
Mitti's security page cites ISO 27001:2022 and does not list ISO 27701. If your IT or privacy team wants a certified privacy management system on top of information security, MoreApp covers both.

Where is my data stored?

In the EU. MoreApp's team, servers and sub-processors are all EU-based, with data hosted in the Netherlands.
Mitti stores data in AWS data centers in the U.S., the EU (Ireland) or Australia, based on where the account was created, and keeps user identity and product analytics data in the U.S. regardless. With MoreApp, the whole chain stays in the EU.

Does MoreApp work offline?

Yes. Your team can fill in and save forms with no signal, and they send once the device reconnects.
On Mitti, offline use works only in the mobile app, and analytics, the template editor and several other features need a connection. Offline storage of inspections defaults to the last week of edits, so older records may not be on the device unless someone changes the setting. Some Capterra reviewers mention occasional sync delays.

Which integrations come with the plan?

MoreApp includes Make, Power Automate, webhooks and the API on every plan, and its native Power Automate connector reaches the rest of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, OneDrive).
Mitti's pricing page lists integrations as a Premium feature. Mitti also has a Zapier listing, which names Excel, Outlook and OneDrive among its connections.

Pricing: MoreApp vs SafetyCulture (Mitti)

Mitti charges per seat. Premium costs $24 per seat a month billed annually or $29 billed monthly, Enterprise is quoted individually, and a Free plan covers up to 10 seats with 5 active inspection templates. Mitti also lists a location-based option with one fixed price per site and unlimited users, without a published amount.

MoreApp has three plans, and all of them include unlimited users and unlimited forms. Branch costs €174 a month billed annually (€190 billed monthly) and includes 700 submissions a month. Tree costs €585 a month billed annually (€638 billed monthly) and includes 2,500 submissions a month. Forest is custom priced. Extra submissions cost €0.40 each on Branch and Tree. MoreApp prices exclude VAT. See full MoreApp pricing →

The gap shows up as the team grows. At 15 full seats, Premium comes to $360 a month on annual billing ($4,320 a year) and $435 a month on monthly billing. At 40 seats it is $960 a month on annual billing. MoreApp's Branch plan stays at €174 a month for either team while usage stays within 700 submissions a month. If volume runs past that, MoreApp can add a submission tier to your plan, and Tree starts at 2,500 submissions a month.

Mitti can cost less in two cases. A team of up to 10 people with simple needs can use the Free plan at no cost, within its limit of 5 active templates. And a very small team with a high monthly volume may pay less per seat than it would for extra submissions on MoreApp. Once the team grows past a handful of users, or headcount changes through the year, per-seat pricing climbs while MoreApp's price stays tied to volume.

Why teams switch to MoreApp

Teams that move to MoreApp from per-seat inspection tools usually cite the same few reasons.

The invoice stopped growing with every hire
On per-seat pricing, each new technician meant another line item. On MoreApp the plan follows submission volume, so adding people costs nothing extra.
Contractors and seasonal crews got logins without a cap
Guest and lite seats limit how many inspections someone can complete. MoreApp has no seat types, so anyone on the team can submit as often as the job needs.
Our integration no longer depended on who held a seat
API access sat with full seats, with call limits by tier. MoreApp includes the API on every plan, so the connection we built keeps working as volume grows.
IT stopped asking where our data lives
With data held in AWS regions chosen at account creation and some analytics stored in the U.S., our review had follow-up questions. MoreApp keeps its team, servers and sub-processors in the EU.
