Jotform is a flexible online form builder that suits one person collecting web forms. Field teams outgrow it quickly, because its standard plans are single-user and its offline mode comes with field restrictions. MoreApp includes unlimited users, unlimited forms and API access on every plan, so you can add people and sites without a bigger bill.
MoreApp and Jotform both let you build digital forms without code and collect the answers in one place. Jotform grew out of web forms, surveys and payments. MoreApp was built for teams in the field, such as technicians, inspectors and site supervisors, who fill in forms on a phone or tablet, often without signal.
This page compares the two on users, pricing, offline capture, API access, security and integrations. We checked Jotform's pricing, help and security pages directly and used independent sources only to fill gaps.
The table covers the points field teams ask about most, from user limits to security. Each row compares what is included in the plan structure described on both vendors' public pages.

Jotform charges by plan limits. As of October 2026 its paid plans list at $39 a month for Bronze, $49 for Silver and $129 for Gold, or $34, $39 and $99 a month on yearly billing, with 1,000, 2,500 and 10,000 submissions a month. Jotform states that European customers are billed in euros but does not publish the euro amounts, so the figures here are in US dollars.
MoreApp charges by submission volume. The Branch plan costs €174 a month on annual billing and includes 700 submissions a month, and Tree costs €585 a month with 2,500 submissions. Extra submissions cost €0.40 each on Branch and Tree. Unlimited users and unlimited forms come with every plan. See full MoreApp pricing →
Here is how that plays out for a 15-person field team. Jotform's standard plans are single-user, so the team needs Enterprise, which starts with a base package of up to 5 users, adds seats in bundles of 5, is priced on request and is paid upfront for the full term with no month-to-month option. On MoreApp the same team stays on Branch at €174 a month, whatever the headcount, as long as it stays within 700 submissions a month. If usage runs past that, MoreApp can step up the included volume on your plan before you need the next one.
Jotform can be the cheaper choice, if only one person collects a handful of web forms, Jotform's Bronze plan costs less than Branch, and its free Starter plan covers light testing. Once several people need access, or forms get filled in on site, the single-user limit changes the maths.

Teams that move from Jotform to MoreApp usually name the same few frustrations, and these are the ones we hear most.
On Jotform's standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver and Gold) the account has a single user. Multiple seats with their own logins come with the Enterprise plan, which is quote-based. MoreApp includes unlimited users on every plan, so you can add a technician or a new site without changing your plan.
It depends on headcount. For one person collecting a handful of web forms, Jotform's Bronze plan at $34 a month on yearly billing is hard to beat. Once several people need access, Jotform moves you to a custom-priced Enterprise plan with seats sold in bundles of five, paid upfront for the full term. MoreApp's Branch plan costs €174 a month on annual billing for 700 submissions a month, whatever your headcount.
Jotform has an Offline Mode in its Mobile Forms app, which you switch on form by form. Forms that contain incompatible widgets or fields cannot be used offline until those fields are replaced, editing a form needs a connection, and Jotform's offline guide covers iPad. MoreApp is built for field work, so forms are filled in without signal and synced once the device is back online.
Yes, on every plan. MoreApp's API and developer documentation are public, and an integration set up once keeps working as your usage grows. Jotform sets daily API request limits per plan, from 1,000 on Starter to 100,000 on Gold.
Jotform's security page says its cloud providers, Google Cloud and AWS, comply with ISO 27001, and it does not claim the certification for itself. MoreApp holds ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications itself, audited at least once a year by external firms. If certification matters in your procurement, ask each vendor for the certificate.
Yes. MoreApp has a native, certified Power Automate connector that reaches Teams, SharePoint, Power BI and OneDrive. It also integrates with Make, Webhooks, FTPS and the API. Jotform connects to a large app catalog through Zapier.
MoreApp's team, servers and sub-processors are all based in the EU, and data is held on Google Cloud in Eemshaven, the Netherlands. Jotform offers an EU storage option in Frankfurt that you switch on in your account settings, and its primary hosting also includes the United States.
Yes. The MoreApp trial runs for 14 days with 75 submissions and needs no credit card. Jotform has a free Starter plan with 5 active forms and 100 submissions a month, which suits light testing, and Starter forms carry Jotform branding.
