How We Work at MoreApp

We work together as one team.
Alongside colleagues in Rotterdam, Barcelona, Berlin, and Nantes, you will discuss the most important developments within your department on a weekly basis. Every two weeks, we host a company-wide demo to share the latest updates about our product and our company.

We stand for quality and provide you with the best tools to do your job well, while giving you the trust and autonomy you need to take ownership of your work.

Your Role as an HR Intern

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting vacancies, screening CVs, coordinating and conducting interviews, and participating in recruitment events
• Contribute to improving onboarding processes
• Support the organization of team events and social gatherings
• Contribute to HR-related projects and administrative tasks
• Think along about employer branding and company culture
• Manage and update employee files and documentation

Who Are We Looking For?

• You are available starting February 2026 (or later, by mutual agreement)
• You are available for at least 20 weeks
• You are available 32–40 hours per week
• You are enrolled in a relevant HBO/Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a similar field
• You have internship experience in an HR role or a comparable position
• You are proactive, eager to learn, and communicatively strong
• You have an excellent command of Dutch and English
• You have an affinity with tech and start-ups
