For years DIBA Groep has been dreaming about an app like MoreApp. They have tried different apps, but nothing was a good match for them. DIBA Groep faced the following challenges:

• Reduce the repayment term of declarations. The repayment normally took two weeks.
• Stopping miscommunication concerning leave requests. These requests sometimes did not get through.

Your declaration back within one week

The first app that DIBA Groep started using was the declaration app. They use the digital declaration form to take a picture of the receipt. The receipt is sent directly to and processed by the administrator. The administration saves ten minutes of time per claim. The repayment had diminished from two to one week!

Good communication

MoreApp prevents miscommunication around leave requests. The employees must complete the digital leave request form for a day off. After sending the request, it is sent directly to the right person who processes the request.

With the digital price request, the project leader fills in all the customer's wishes, which are added up in the form to a total amount. Within two minutes, the project leader can pass on a price to the customer. Is the customer interested?
