What Will Your Day Look Like?
As a Junior Customer Success Executive at MoreApp, you will be the first point of contact for our new and existing customers in the French markets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Being the go-to person for customers seeking the best advice, offering assistance via chat, email, and phone.
- Providing creative solutions and improvements to help customers achieve their goals.
- Translating product information for customers with care and precision.
- Following up on open customer issues and escalating them as needed.
- Collaborating with product and sales teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Identifying new sales opportunities to upgrade existing customers.

At MoreApp, we collaborate and succeed as one team! During our weekly online meetings, we check in with colleagues from our offices in Rotterdam, Berlin and Barcelona.

Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of thinking and working
- Preferably 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Native proficiency in French and fluent in English.
- Excellent proven English communication skills.
- Naturally positive and exceptionally customer-focused.
- A great listener with a talent for identifying new sales opportunities.
